Specification:

  •   Reverse pulse jet, high pressure cleaning system with a 99.9% cleaning efficiency.
  •   942 Sq. Ft. filtration area.
  •   Rated at 5600 CFM.


Structural:

  •   Support structure is fabricated of heavy duty tubular steel.
  •   Single compartment 10-gauge steel housing.
  •   (2) Top access hinged doors for easy access to filter media.
  •   Housing top is complete with a safety ladder from ground level, handrails and toe boards.
  •   Heavy duty access deck for the blower unit complete with handrails and toe boards. Access from the safety ladder.
  •   (1) 16” dust inlet with angle iron mounts for ducting.
  •   High inlet compartment entry along with a full-length baffle plate greatly reduces the dust loading on the filter media, extending the filter life.
  •   Collection hopper with inspection door and pneumatic vibrator.
  •   6” butterfly valve discharge gate with pneumatic actuator.


Drive / Pulse System:

  •   15 H.P. TEFC direct drive fan rated at 5600 CFM (@ 8” H2O / Sea level / 70 F).
  •   Single compartment with hinged top for easy access to filter media.
  •   (60) 6” x 120” polyester, polypropylene filter bags and steel cages. Bags are specifically treated for particle release.
  •   (6) 1” solenoid valves mounted on a heavy-duty air manifold.
  •   The manifold is mounted inside the housing offering a cleaner and weather protected environment.
  •   Filter / Regulator with gauge.
  •   Minihelic gauge allows a visual reference of filter media condition.
  •   Air supply is the responsibility of the customer.


Control:

  •   Self-contained NEMA 4 control panel for the motor starter and disconnect.
  •   Adjustable digital control for air pulse duration and cycle times.
  •   Pre-wired and tested prior to shipment.
  •   Electrical supply is the responsibility of the customer.


 General:

  •   Customer choice of two-part polyurethane paint in grey, white or tan.
  •   Installation is the responsibility of the customer.
