Specifications
- Pulse Jet type collector, rated at 2400 CFM with a 99.99 % cleaning efficiency.
- Custom designed to utilize the customer’s existing mount flange.
- Rectangular design with the upper mounting flange only. Required bolt holes by customer.
- Single compartment with (6) 8.1/4” x 54” top entry cartridges with a total of 400 sq. ft. of filtration area.
- Hinged lid allows access for cartridge replacement.
- (2) ¾” Asco valves are externally mounted for easy maintenance.
- (1) filter/regulator with ½” air tubing connector is externally mounted and preset at the factory to 100 psi.
- 90 – 100 psi air supply is furnished by the customer.
- Factory installed mount and air-line ports for the optional minihelic gauge.
- The SPC-654 is basically designed to operate on its own and all cycle times are adjustable. Upon powering up the control system, the cycle timer will initiate a standard cleaning cycle. The control timer is set at the factory for a 30-millisecond blast of air every 15 seconds.
- Wired and tested at the factory prior to shipments. Customer is responsible for the 110-volt power supply.
- Painted with two-part polyurethane.
- Customer is responsible for installation.
